![]() ![]() For that you have three choices:ġ) You can call their technical support number. ![]() There is no official forum so you have to depend either on spotty posts spread around the net or contact Nero directly. ![]() Given that it doesn't even come close to that, I'll save the few bucks, deal with the slightly more draconian interface and somewhat annoying slow startup time, and get things done with Nero.Ĭons: On the down side is the atrocious support provided by Nero. I've used both and if I had my way then EMC would work as advertised and it's what I would use. That didn't happen to me but looking at the EMC forum it sure happened to lots of other people.įrom my personal experience, the download was quick and the installation was painless. However, how much does user friendliness matter if you can't get the software installed, or worse if it destroys your computer. EMC just released *an update* and it's 750MB! It's true that Nero is a bit less user friendly. ![]() People complain that the 200MB Nero download is bloated. Pros: If you are looking for a one-size-fits-all suite it comes down to a choice between Nero and EMC. ![]()
